The Durras Beach House is a beautifully appointed, tastefully furnished, well-equipped, four-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday home. The house backs to Murramarang National Park. The back garden is, literally, 70 square kilometres of tall eucalypt forest dominated by spotted gums. It is a short 600 metres to the beach -- close enough to hear and glimpse the ocean, but far enough not to be annoyed by high salty wind or noisy surf at night. Free wireless broadband internet if you bring laptop. The house has two lounge rooms, each with TV, vision and sound systems. Pay TV. Dining room and garden room. Modern kitchen with granite tops equipped with cultery and crocery for 12, diswasher, microwave, Italian gas five-burner stove with electric oven, bread-maker, juicer, electric jug, coffee grinder, electric sandwich maker and so on. Linen and towels are provided. Outisde gas BBQ (connected to main gas). Gas heating. Large library of CDs, DVDs, video tapes and books. One of the bathrooms has a spa. All have hairdryers. Two bathrooms are en-suites. The third (for bedrooms 3 and 4) has two vanity units. Laundry with washng-machine. Dryer. Iron, ironing board. Outside shower (hot and cold water) for when you come from the beach. All four bedrooms have queen-sized beds. There are also two single inflatable (almost instantaneously by electric pump) beds. Games (in the amunition box with the lamp on it): Chees; cards; dominos; Trivial Pursuit; Scrabble; Othello; Mahjong.
