High Season: $2500 a week.

Shoulder season: $2000 a week.

Public holiday weekends: $900 up to four nights. Easter $1600 up to five nights.

Low season: $400 for the first night and $125 a night thereafter.

High Season: Summer school holidays. Minimum booking one week.

Shoulder Season: Other school holidays. Minimum booking one week.

Low Season: The rest. Minimum booking one night (but note the first night rate includes all cleaning and opening costs).

Payment: 25% to secure the booking. Balance a week before the booking.
